Our Homeowners Association

The Willow Brook Crossing Homeowners’ Association is made up of 249 properties. Day-to-day operations are coordinated by our Board of Directors with the assistance of several committees. All of these positions are volunteer positions.

The Board of Directors is voted in by our property owners at the Annual Homeowners Association meeting. Committee Chairs are then selected by the Board.

Our Common Areas

Our community provides for and manages approximately 17.2 acres of land, for the common use and enjoyment of our residents.  Our 3 ponds are stocked for “catch and release” fishing. Our common areas include a picnic area and a natural stream. You can view more about our common areas by clicking here.

Willow Brook Crossing History

Willow Brook Crossing is located in Jefferson Township in Blacklick, Ohio and was established in 2003 by a consortium of 3 Home Builders called the Woods at Jefferson Ltd.  The 3 home builders were M/I Schottenstien Homes Inc., Dominion Homes Inc. and Homewood Corporation. The Home Owners
Association was originally managed by RPM Management Company and then transferred to the homeowners in late 2007.

We are always interested in your ideas to improve our community. Please consider volunteering – you can contact us at willowbrookcrossinghoa@live.com and check out our HOA Officers and Committees page for more information.
